Over the past 20 years I have had listings or represented buyers in nearly every zip code in the 4 county area surrounding Des Moines and West Des Moines. I have had the responsibility for listing and selling homes as valuable as $1.8 Million and as affordable as $60,000.
Over the last 20 years, I have represented several area builders in projects throughout our region. I have participated in delivering over 500 new homes to the market. I understand the builders that can and will custom build and the ones that say that they will and are actually unable to truly fulfill that request. I have assisted families with custom construction of all types of homes in nearly every price range. I have the listing responsibilities for several area land developments. I can assist you in the research of regional lots available for built to order homes or acreage properties for your own WOW house.
I have been a licensed Realtor since 1999, my professional training in contract negotiation and inventing creative solutions to “outside the box” ideas have served my clients well.
