We were able to sketch out our own floor plan ideas, communicate our needs and desires, and work towards a final, custom floor plan that was EXACTLY what we wanted. We had a very small lot along with a lot of big "wants". Jamie always listened and provided everything we needed to make decisions. Communication was fantastic. CCS Homes is a well-oiled machine planning everything out, always communicating when things are happening through Buildertrend, making sure there was always activity going on at the house, acting upon all of our crazy ideas, working through any roadblocks immediately, and just overall making sure we were satisfied. From the design, to the selection process, to the walk throughs, the actual build, and everything we've needed after the build, CCS Homes has been beyond AMAZING to work with and we feel at HOME in our new home!
