Our specialty is designing and building custom homes while providing high quality products, transparent pricing, and the flexibility to build the home of your dreams. With our process, CCS Homes will work with an existing floor plan or help you design a plan that meets your goals. We have the flexibility to build on a lot you own or one of our very own. Our team will guide you through each step of your custom design and selection process. Creating a personalized home from your vision is our passion!
Alan Sprinkle
Alan’s love for homebuilding began after retiring from the Army when he began working for another large builder in the area! After years of learning and training, Alan had the opportunity to launch Covenant Construction Services in 2009 as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. After growing the commercial business for a few years, he was able to return to his passion of homebuilding by opening CCS Homes in 2015! One of Alan’s favorite parts about being a builder is being able to meet and connect with so many different people. When asked what his favorite treat is Alan said, “Banana Cream Pie!”
Teri Johnson
Teri Johnson brings her background in interior design and new construction to her role as Team Support Specialist at CCS Homes, where she helps keep projects organized and clients supported every step of the way. With a keen eye for detail and a love for beautiful spaces, Teri ensures each build runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Teri enjoys walking, antiquing, fashion, and traveling. She has two adult children and loves spending time exploring new places and finding inspiration wherever she goes.
Ben Sprinkle
As a field supervisor, you will find Ben working with subcontractors to ensure your home build goes smoothly! Ben has worked with CCS since 2010 by starting in our commercial building portion of the company, and transitioned to residential building in 2021. His favorite part of his role at CCS Homes is making home buyers feel involved in the process and being able to turn over a beautiful home. In his free time, you can find Ben relaxing with his family, camping, and fishing! When asked what his favorite treat is Ben said, “All of them! Especially pineapple upside down cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory.”
Katie Fliehler
As a lifelong Iowan, I take great pride in helping families design and build their dream homes. Originally from Johnston, I now live in Clive with my husband, Brian, and our two children, Brady and Brynn. Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2017, I’ve focused on guiding clients through the homebuilding process with a strong emphasis on communication, attention to detail, and personalized service. I understand that designing a home is more than just selecting finishes—it’s about creating a space that fits your lifestyle. My goal is to make your experience seamless and enjoyable by ensuring every decision is well-informed and every detail is thoughtfully considered. Malinda Garner
Born and raised in Iowa, I have a deep love for this state and truly believe it’s the perfect place to call home. Since beginning my full-time real estate career in 2005, I’ve specialized in new home sales, working closely with clients throughout every stage of the homebuilding process.
