My ‘tribute’ home [was built in honor of my family’s connection to Iowa’s one room schoolhouses].  It features retro, red appliances, retro push-button light switches, quarter sawn oak, and a cornice over my kitchen window.  The ideas for my home were appropriately prioritized and some changes made to better fit my budget.  The options and costs were thoroughly discussed.  I went over my initial budget, but NOTHING was an unexpected surprise. My phone calls were ALWAYS returned promptly and tolerance of my “mindset” was greatly appreciated.  It is comforting to think of the scriptures written inside the walls [on the studs]. So many of God’s children were involved in building my home.  A thank you to Alan, Sarah, Jamie, Mike and everyone who worked so hard!

Overall good experience. The issues that came up were addressed in a timely manner and a resolution was found. Our favorite part of the house is our coffee/wine bar in kitchen.  Good job of communicating the process to us as we were first time home builders.

We love everything about our new home! We love the floors and four seasons room and huge windows!  Everything was explained very clearly and if we had any questions on upgrades, they were answered promptly and with quotes! We could not have asked for a better builder and staff from start to finish. Quality of work, knowledge and professionalism is exceptional. They went above and beyond in all areas and we could never have built our dream home the way we wanted without this amazing TEAM!

We had a great experience with Alan and Jamie – both very knowledgeable and responsive. We feel like they really listened and wanted to build us a home that was functional for our lifestyle. We had a pretty good idea of exactly what we wanted going into the custom build. Jamie was very knowledgeable on other options we maybe hadn’t thought about though and made great suggestions. After completion, we have had things pop up here and there, but the builder has been incredibly responsive in getting them resolved quickly.

I love that all of our small details were incorporated, making it feel truly custom. It really was our home, our way. It was our vision, executed 100% and I feel tremendously proud of the home we built. Everyday I think to myself, I love this house. I never have house envy. I love ours most. Alan is a man of his word and I trust him implicitly. This experience made me want to work with more veterans because his work ethic and dedication to satisfaction is something you don’t often encounter. Jamie was crucial and an extremely valuable asset to this process. She made sure we were always responded to in a timely manner, she never forgot what we’d asked of her and she always, always did it with a smile and positivity that again, is rare to find these days. Mike and the others were also a joy to work with. CCS absolutely delivered to us our dream house, our forever house. I am filled with pride when I come home each day and we are so thankful for their dedication to our vision.

The building process was great.  Our expectations were exceeded.   CCS did everything they can to make the building process seamless.  We recommend CCS homes to all of our friends.

We love our floor plan, and are thankful that CCS Homes was so willing to be flexible with our floor plan desires.  The CCS team took our design and adjusted it so that the floor plan not only fit our needs, but our budget as well. We had a great experience with CCS Homes.  We have no desire to build another house, as we are quite fond of this one, but if we were to build again, we would use CCS Homes.  We had a home inspection a year after we closed on our house and our inspector actually gave us a discount because our home “was so easy to inspect.”

We had an amazing experience. We had constant communication throughout the entire process and felt like our home was the most important project that CCS had.

We are very pleased with the personable staff, the time that was spent to meet with us and our building needs. The building updates on BuilderTrend was very helpful being we lived out of town during our build, that helped to keep us updated and to see our house in progress with photos. Communication was very good with the CCS staff at all times. We enjoyed our build with CCS completely and would highly recommend them.

We are very happy, although we didn’t build with CCS, we had bought the home already constructed, but the way CCS has treated us makes us feel like the home was custom built for us. Alan and Jamie always answer all our questions and have gone above and beyond our expectations in resolving a couple minor issues.

Alan spent a tremendous amount of time with us, meeting multiple times before and throughout the build. Jamie was a great help as well during the construction process with questions on choices or choices that needed to be looked at again or picked out. Great Service. We were able to work directly with Alan throughout the entire build. He was such a great help. Deciding on looks/designs, assisting with our ideas. Any issues that came up he worked directly with [us] to resolve. Alan is a great person and it was a pleasure to do business with him and his company. We also worked with Jamie and Mike. They were both great to work with as well. Anything that came up after our move in they addressed. Also Jamie has asked us multiple times how everything is at the home. Just great customer service with the entire CCS staff. Thank you CCS homes for building our home for our family.
