With our process, CCS Homes will work with an existing floor plan or help you design a plan that meets your goals. We have the flexibility to build on a lot you own or one of our very own. Meet Our Team
After retiring from the military and beginning his construction career, our president, Alan Sprinkle, founded CCS Homes in 2015 with the desire to build beautiful homes while providing exceptional service. With this intent in mind, Alan cultivated a small, but very mighty, team to assist with the home building process. Every member of the CCS Homes team loves being able to connect with clients and grow our communities.
Alan Sprinkle
Alan’s love for homebuilding began after retiring from the Army when he began working for another large builder in the area! After years of learning and training, Alan had the opportunity to launch Covenant Construction Services in 2009 as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. After growing the commercial business for a few years, he was able to return to his passion of homebuilding by opening CCS Homes in 2015! One of Alan’s favorite parts about being a builder is being able to meet and connect with so many different people. When asked what his favorite treat is Alan said, “Banana Cream Pie!”
Jamie Elrod
Jamie was first introduced to Alan in 2015 by a friend of a friend, and the rest is history! Throughout her time as our New Home Consultant, her role at CCS Homes has grown immensely. On a typical day, you can find Jamie meeting with clients and trades, working on budgets, completing site visits and walkthroughs, and anything else needed to help our builds progress! In her free time, you can find Jamie running, reading, camping, and petting any dog she comes across. When asked one thing she would share about herself Jamie said, “I want to live a life well-travelled; seeing all of the sights!”
Bailey Caldwell
Bailey joined our team in 2021, and has taken on several roles for the company. A typical day for her can include a variety of administrative tasks like data entry, document preparation, website and social media management, scheduling service appointments, and anything else to help the CCS Homes team! Bailey also assists with some of our commercial projects, and Accounting and Human Resources processes. Her favorite part of the job is helping homeowners pick out all the small details for their home – lights, hardware, you name it! When asked what she would be famous for Bailey said, “Cooking – I’d love to go on a competitive cooking show!”
Mike Caulkins
Mike has been with CCS Homes as a field supervisor since 2015! He has always had an interest in construction and enjoys being on site with our subcontractors to help and troubleshoot anything they may need. Mike’s favorite part of the job is seeing the joy from homeowners as they see each stage of their home completed from start to finish! In his free time, you can find Mike hanging out with teens from his church youth group or having friends over for dinner. When asked what he would be famous for Mike said, “Empowering the next generation to become who they were called to be!”
Ben Sprinkle
As a field supervisor, you will find Ben working with subcontractors to ensure your home build goes smoothly! Ben has worked with CCS since 2010 by starting in our commercial building portion of the company, and transitioned to residential building in 2021. His favorite part of his role at CCS Homes is making home buyers feel involved in the process and being able to turn over a beautiful home. In his free time, you can find Ben relaxing with his family, camping, and fishing! When asked what his favorite treat is Ben said, “All of them! Especially pineapple upside down cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory.”
Sarah Pesek
Sarah is a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices First Realty and has partnered with CCS Homes since 2016! Sarah first found CCS Homes while looking to establish builder relationships, and said she was drawn to CCS Homes because we prioritize relationships and maintaining a positive client experience while building a great custom home at the same time. Her favorite part of home building is seeing a home buyer’s vision come to life from the initial planning meeting to handing them the keys to their new home! When asked one thing she would share about herself Sarah said, “We live in a custom-built CCS home. I have personal as well as professional experience with CCS Homes and love to share both!”
Scott Steelman
Scott is a realtor with Iowa Realty and has known Alan since working together in a previous position in 2010! We had the opportunity to partner with Scott in 2018 as CCS Homes began growing and have been working together ever since. His favorite part of the building process is the design and selection process. It is always fun to see how we can combine ideas, plans, and designs to ensure the client is getting the home of their dreams! When asked one thing that he would share about himself Scott said, “I have always been fascinated by the design and elements of blueprints, and really enjoy studying them. As a child I constantly drew homes as blueprints!”
